Lead Generation Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, results-oriented marketing professional to plan and execute lead generation programs to fill our sales pipeline. You’ll own the marketing budget, determine the optimal marketing mix, and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads.
You’ll need a B2B marketing background, with a particular expertise in developing and executing lead generation campaigns. You should be highly analytical and measurement-driven, focusing marketing resources in the areas that provide the best returns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel most cost-effectively
- Manage marketing budget and prioritize spending to maximize qualified leads
- Create and execute lead-generation plans that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads cost-effectively, including SEO, email marketing, PPC (already very good at this), social media, and new marketing channels
- Create automated programs to nurture existing web traffic and 10-years worth of web inquiries to become sales-ready leads
- Rigorously measure the lead and customer acquisition cost for each marketing channel and adjust spending to maximize ROI
- Maximize website conversion rate through A/B testing of changes to website structure, design and content
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ marketing tactics to identify new opportunities
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years experience with B2B online marketing programs, with a focus on lead generation
- Software industry experience, particularly SAAS, a plus
- Demonstrated success in online lead generation
- Expertise with a wide variety of lead generation tactics, including SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC and social media
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal communication, business writing, copywriting skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy, with a knowledge of marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics); html and WordPress a plus
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, independent worker
- A good-humored, kind person
Location: Philadelphia area a plus, but not necessary for experienced remote workers
Compensation: competitive salary, bonus, stock options, based on specific experience level of candidate
