Workzone offers three pricing tiers.

The Starter tier is priced at $8 per user per month and is suited for teams moving beyond spreadsheets and basic task tools (Basecamp, Trello, Microsoft Planner, Todoist).

The Team tier is priced at $20 per user per month and is suited for teams upgrading from task management (think Asana, Monday) to end-to-end project management.

The Enterprise tier has custom pricing and is suited for teams that need cross-functional project management without the bloat (ClickUp, Smartsheet, Wrike, Workfront). 

It's simple, though: pay per "full user" - those that need access to the full power of the platform (think Admins, Project Managers, Work Creators). No add-on fee. Unlimited human support and training included.

If you work with other departments or many stakeholders, Workzone offers 5 free collaborators per full user + unlimited guest approvers.

What does unlimited training mean?

When we say unlimited, we mean it. Organizations that work with us can book training at any time. So whether you’re a new customer that needs to get everyone up to speed, or if you’ve been a customer for years and have a new employee who needs training, we’ve got you covered at no additional cost.

It includes an assessment of your resources and current processes, identification of short and long-term objectives and a training schedule tailored to your situation.

You’ll have training sessions for your project creators and contributors, along with regular check-in calls to make sure you’re staying on track.

Users have access via phone or email to our support team for any questions, small or large. Your teams are typically fully trained, and the platform is ready to go live in 3-4 weeks.

Do you offer a multi-year discount?

There are discounts available for those who would like to commit to more than one year with Workzone. After you request a demo you can ask your project management consultant about those discount options.

Are all plans billed annually?

Yes. We are in this for the long-haul, and we hope that you are too. It’s important that you commit to one project management system for at least a year so that you can gain buy-in from your team and create project management habits that last.
