When we say unlimited, we mean it. Organizations that work with us can book training at any time. So whether you’re a new customer that needs to get everyone up to speed, or if you’ve been a customer for years and have a new employee who needs training, we’ve got you covered at no additional cost.

Does pricing per person decrease if I have a higher user count?

We keep it simple: no tier games, no hidden fees, and no BS. Our pricing is straightforward—what you see is what you get. And while we don’t lower the per-user rate based on headcount, we do throw in unlimited training and support for everyone on your team. New hires? No problem. Been with us for years? Still covered. No extra charges. No strings. Just a platform that scales without making you pay for every little thing.

What will I experience as a new customer?

New customers go through a detailed onboarding process, customized to your needs, designed to ensure your team’s success in adopting a new platform. It includes an assessment of your resources and current processes, identification of short and long-term objectives and a training schedule tailored to your situation. You’ll have training sessions for your project creators and contributors, along with regular check-in calls to make sure you’re staying on track. Users have access via phone or email to our support team for any questions, small or large. Onboarding can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the size of your team and your availability.

After you see Workzone in action during the demo, if you feel that a trial would help you make a more informed decision, you can request access from your project management consultant. Our trials are called Test Drives because they are more than just access to Workzone. We offer a hand-held approach that includes training and help setting up your site. To qualify for a Test Drive you must meet a minimum annual spend.
