Enable/Disable This Feature

This feature must be enabled under Settings for All Workspaces by an Administrator (for most organizations, this feature is turned on by default). This setting applies to all workspaces; it cannot be enabled only for specific workspaces.

Click the “Features to display” link on the left menu. Towards the bottom of the page, under “Other Features”, check/uncheck the box next to “Email comments into Workzone”.
