Add A Gallery Folder

In addition to the standard Documents list view for a folder, Workzone also includes an option to display a folder’s contents in a gallery view. The gallery view displays larger thumbnails of graphical documents, four across. This view makes scanning through a series of photographs or graphical documents easier than the standard list view. [Workzone automatically creates thumbnails for documents in the following graphical formats: PDF, GIF, JPG, TIF and PNG. These will be shown as small thumbnails in the standard Documents list view and in the larger thumbnails in the gallery views for folders.]

To enable gallery view for a specific folder (you may have certain folders show in gallery view, while the remainder show in standard list view), when you are adding or editing a folder, click the Gallery View checkbox and then click Save Changes.
